Tender Documents

We help write and manage Tender Documents, contract or tender documents in construction industry are an agreement between two parties which they intend to be legally binding with respect to the obligations of each party to the other and their liabilities

Permitted Development Rights

We apply for Permitted development rights, which are a national grant of planning permission which allow certain building works and changes of use to be carried out without having to make a planning application. In this case there is no waiting time of eight weeks.

Planning Application

We apply for Planning permission or developmental approval which refers to the approval needed for construction or expansion, and sometimes for demolition, in some jurisdictions. It is usually given in the form of a building permit. Waiting times for the application are around eight weeks.

Project Management

We oversee all phases of the initial design process all the way to the construction process, making sure the project is completed on time and within scope and budget. This role works closely with architects and engineers to develop plans, establish timelines and calculate labor and material costs.

Building Regulation Drawings

Our services also include Building Regulation Drawings, which are a set of detailed drawings and construction details that are submitted to the local building control department and go into much more detail than the planning application drawings.

In case of a Planning Permission having been rejected b y the authorities, where there is a dispute between the applicant and the planning authority whether sufficient information has been supplied to register and determine a planning application.
