Project Management

We also specialise in carrying out an assessment of whether the project will be feasible. The purpose of feasibility studies is to establish whether the project is financially or practically viable.

Planning Application

We apply for Planning permission or developmental approval which refers to the approval needed for construction or expansion, and sometimes for demolition, in some jurisdictions. It is usually given in the form of a building permit. Waiting times for the application are around eight weeks.

Site Surveys

We carry out inspections of the area where work is proposed, to gather information for your bespoke design or an estimate to complete the initial tasks required for the activities to be carried out.

We can include and tailor in Mechanical and Electrical designs which can include elements of electrical infrastructure,, heating and ventilation and any other electrical appliances and instruments.
