Project Management

We oversee all phases of the initial design process all the way to the construction process, making sure the project is completed on time and within scope and budget. This role works closely with architects and engineers to develop plans, establish timelines and calculate labor and material costs.

Permitted Development Rights

We apply for Permitted development rights, which are a national grant of planning permission which allow certain building works and changes of use to be carried out without having to make a planning application. In this case there is no waiting time of eight weeks.

Planning Appeal

In case of a Planning Permission having been rejected b y the authorities, where there is a dispute between the applicant and the planning authority whether sufficient information has been supplied to register and determine a planning application.

Feasibility Study

We also specialise in carrying out an assessment of whether the project will be feasible. The purpose of feasibility studies is to establish whether the project is financially or practically viable.

Planning Application

We apply for Planning permission or developmental approval which refers to the approval needed for construction or expansion, and sometimes for demolition, in some jurisdictions. It is usually given in the form of a building permit. Waiting times for the application are around eight weeks.
